Lachy Hamilton returns to Hotel Blue to launch his debut album ‘Alchemy’. Taking inspiration from Paolo Coelho’s novel The Alchemist, ‘Alchemy’ received four-star reviews in The Australian and from Fine Music FM. The band will play selections from the album, as well as arrangements for swinging standards.

Hailing from the small community on Scotland Island, Sydney, Australia, Lachlan Karl Hamilton began playing the piano at the age of four. Taking up the clarinet, and then saxophone soon after, his musical journey has taken him around the world performing with the likes of James Morrison, Don Burrows, Kate Ceberano, James Muller, Sarah McKenzie, Patti Austin, The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and many more.
